Walnut Hills encourages fans to leave all unnecessary and prohibited items/bags & purses at home or in their vehicles to expedite security screening procedures. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions. One Gallon Resealable Bag (Ziploc Bag or Similar) Small Clutch Bag/Purse 9’x6″ maximum size Prohibited Items To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Walnut Hills, guests will not be permitted to bring the following items into athletic venues: Alcoholic Beverages Sealed bottled water is permitted, but outside food and drinks are prohibited Animals (Exception of Service Animals) Beverage Containers (Bottles & Cans, with the exception of unopened bottled water) All Coolers (Unless Medically Required) Confetti Illegal Substances Noisemakers Obscene/Indecent Clothing Segways/Motorized Scooters (Mobility Devices Are Allowed) Weapons Remote Controlled Aircrafts and Drones Any Other Items Deemed Dangerous/Inappropriate Prohibited items that are discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or be discarded. Tickets will be available for cash purchases at lunches up until Oct. 23rd.

To purchase a tickets students must use their STUDENT ID Number, which can be found in Focus.  Students will only be able to purchase 1 ticket at a time. 

If the student is planning on bringing a guest, then they will need to fill out a Guest Form, which they can get from the front office.  Once they have turned in the form to Mr. Kremer (R.3114) they will be given a passcode to purchase a ticket online.

Dance Rules:

All school rules apply!!

No students will be permitted into the dance after 9pm. Once a student leaves they may NOT return to the dance.

Students on suspension or expulsion are NOT permitted into the dance.  If a student buys a ticket and then gets suspended or expelled the will be NO REFUND! 

Students must be off campus by 11:30pm.

Students will NOT be permitted to the dance if they or their guest appear/smell of alcohol, marijuana, or other types of intoxicating drugs or substances.

Students that wish to participate in riding the "Mechanical Bull" must have a signed waiver from their parent/guardian when they arrive at the dance.  If they bring the waiver they will be given a wristband good for 1 ride on the bull.
